Sadly, I don't live anywhere close to a city big enough to boast an Ethiopian restaurant. However, 2 weeks ago my husband and I were in Chicago and I introduced him to his very first Ethiopian food experience and - he really liked it! I'm super excited to have found this injera recipe in your blog. Thanks for sharing! Also, do you have more Ethiopian recipes in your blog? I just don't want to miss them if they're there!
